Mission
By making human health our priority, Fondation Santé is rallying the community of Haut-Richelieu, Rouville and Bassin de Chambly to support projects aimed at the continuous improvement of healthcare services, from birth to end of life.
By funding projects in more than 15 healthcare establishments on its territory, the Fondation is contributing to community health and fostering a better quality of life for all. Our aim is to provide the best healthcare services to each patient, close to their home and in an optimal environment.
History
In March 1983, Dr. André Gamache established a foundation in support of Hôpital du Haut-Richelieu. Over the years, the foundation evolved to become the Fondation Santé we know today. With a strong commitment to making a difference, Fondation Santé, in cooperation with the CISSS de la Montérégie-Centre, supports initiatives designed for the continuous improvement of healthcare access and quality for the 194,000 citizens of Haut-Richelieu, Rouville and Bassin de Chambly.
